Junior visual designers are a bit of a hybrid between what graphic designers, art directors and UI designers do, they are multifaceted and are able to work on different tasks from identity design & branding, to adverts and even web layouts

• Is experienced and is confident in creating a variety of design formats (visual identity/logo, ui layouts, print ads).
• Has an intimate knowledge & proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (You should consider Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign to be something like family)
• Has Excellent typography and layout skills, and experience designing successful and well thought out user interfaces.
• An affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details. While exercising a good eye for aesthetics.
• Strong conceptual thinking. Our designers are expected to not just flawlessly execute ideas but are required to play an active role in coming up with the initial ideas.
• Maintain a go-getter attitude and show strong personal initiative to better yourself.
• Strong communication skills. Able to clearly express and explain your ideas.
• A self starter, able to manage your own workflow and deadlines – We do not baby sit here at Maison Interactive, Every team member is required to be able to set their own deadlines and to ensure all work is done within the time limits.

We are looking for a full stack developer to build a series of web applications. He/she must have knowledge in all stages of software development.

The Junior Full Stack Developer will have the opportunity to work on new projects as well as developing new features on existing ones. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple teams and communicating with executive level staff.

Expected Skills:

Familiarity with  some of the the following:

• Front-end & back-end website development using Server-side languages like PHP, Python, React.js,JavaScript, angularJS
• Familiarity with WordPress environments and development of relevant plugins/infrastructure
• Familiarity with front end languages, HTML5, CSS. Preferably SASS/LESS precompilers.
• Ability to work with and write custom css framework expansions is a plus.
