Rose Kirgotty is a visionary designer and technologist with a wide range of skills and expertise. With a deep understanding of emerging technology, interactive experiences, user experience design, and art direction, Rose has established herself as a dynamic force in the industry. Currently serving as the founder of Maison Interactive, a multidisciplinary boutique design studio located in Karen, Nairobi, she leads a team of talented individuals dedicated to working at the intersection of design, technology, and community. With Rose at the helm, Maison Interactive is pushing the boundaries of design, technology, and community engagement, making them a prominent player in the industry.
Francis is an experienced project manager cum business analyst with over 12 years -cross domain-IT experience. He has worked in various fields such as IT audit, IT research, manufacturing, software development and retail some which were based based in Africa, Europe and Asia.
Francis leads the in-house development initiatives while ensuring that project milestones are delivered on time and in full. He is also experienced in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python and PHP.
He holds a Bachelors in Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Post-Graduate Program Diploma in Artificial intelligence from University of Texas at Austin.
Chris is a software developer with a love for creating new and innovative experiences. Chris has worked in London, Stockholm and Nairobi, and has over five years experience designing and executing digital media strategies. His unrivaled skills cross over from graphic design to creating web and mobile based applica- tions and interactive installations. He has extensive experience working with multiple Content Management Systems, not limited to wordpress Joomla and Drupal. His expertise includes working with server side languages like Java, NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, PHP, and Python, as well as client side languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AJAX jQuery, including multiple preprocessors like SASS and LESS.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Visual Com- munication (Graphic Design Specialization) from the American Intercontinental University, London and a Master of Art in Informa- tion Experience Design from the Royal College of Art, London.
Henry Odhiambo has over six years experience in the agency marketing industry. Before joining Maison interactive as an account and media manager, Henry worked as an account executive for an Outdoor media planning and buying agency. Henry has experience in client service, marketing strategy, public relations, media planning and buying. Some of the clients he has worked with include Safaricom, Kenya Power, EACC, Lotto, GO TV, Mumias Sugar and County Government of Busia.Henry holds a BA in Mass Communications with a major in PR and minor in Advertising from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
